DEMA Company for Modern Agriculture Ltd. is interesting in hiring (( Personal Assistant\marketing )in its HQ in Baghdad according to the requirements given below :-
Job description :
•Handle all the correspondence of the General Manager (phone calls, letters, mails, fax…) and take necessary messages, notes and actions when needed.
•Keep the agenda of the General Manager for appointments, trips and miscellaneous issues.
•Coordinate all the events (seminars, meetings, training…) related to the General Management.
•Manage the General Manager’s office and ensure a high level of service to clients.
•Follow up on issues forwarded for actions with departments.
•Coordinate the design and preparation of advertising material and promotion of company’s products with the Central Marketing team.
•assist in generating reports for the sales team .
•follow up with the sales area managers on daily basis
Job Requirements
•BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design or any related field is required
•1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role
•Organization skills
