1- Administration Assistant:
General Characteristics:
Provides general administrative support to all departments or group. Work is performed under general supervision and requires incumbents to exercise independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Researches a wide variety of information requests independently.
- Prepares and analyzes trends and status reports, drawing data from a variety of sources within and outside the department.
- Composes routine letters and memoranda.
- Routes or answers routine correspondence not requiring supervisor’s attention.
- Maintains confidential department records and files.
- Assists in the formulation of the department budget, business planning, and related planning functions.
- Has regular contact with customers, suppliers or employees outside the immediate work area.
- Makes meeting and travel flight arrangements.
- Manage Transportation.
- Manage office expenses.
- Manage canteen and related purchasing items.
- Manage office and apartment maintenance.
Education/Credentials: University, college.
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 1 year minimum experience.
2- HR Assistant:
General Characteristics:
Provides a variety of services necessary for the recruitment, selection, assignment, motivation, training, and development of qualified employees. Spans more than one area of functional specialization within the human resources function, such as personnel, compensation, benefits, labor relations,
Job Responsibilities:
Counsels managers on how to handle personnel problems.
Performs a variety of clerical and administrative activities specific to the human resources function.
- Checking personnel related documents for accuracy and completeness, maintaining files and records of a confidential nature, and preparing periodic standardized reports.
- Identifies recruitment/selection/resourcing needs to fulfill business requirements.
- Work generally follows established procedures and patterns, with review in progress and at completion.
- Work on compensation, benefits.
- Ensure Employee/Contractor documentation compliance is in place.
- Manage staff attendance.
Education/Credentials: University, college. HR certificates
