The METTCO company looking for IT Engineer in Basra office with the following requirements:
- Holding BS in Communication & Electronics or Computer Science.
- Has one to two years’ experience in IT Field.
- Technical Knowledge in CISCO & AVAYA. - Located in: Basra.
Main account-abilities will be :
respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
advise user on appropriate action
Follow standard help desk procedures
Log all help desk interactions
Administer help desk software
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Check all Internet Service Issues to maintain Good Internet service inside the office
Check all Laptop – CCTV Camera’s Issues and solve it during our SLA with our customer
Report any faultiness within voice system and related applications, global links, apply basic troubleshooting and follow up with ISPs or global operators
Administrating and troubleshooting the following systems: Avaya IPO / PABX / ACD.
Manage troubleshooting of systems faultiness before escalating to the vendor
