The METTCO company looking for Sales Coordinator in Sulaimanya with the following requirements:
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
• Managing & update all Asiacell contracts after receiving PO
• Managing invoicing process with Asiacell
• Support PM and Prepare all CRs and other project paperwork
• Support AM and check all tenders available in the websites.
• Managing all office expenses
• Managing filing system (POs, Contracts ...etc.)
• Recording information as needed.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
Office Assistant Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Communication skills.
• Written Communication Skills
• Computer & M.S skills
• Language : English –Arabic (Kurdish preferred)
