Job Title Call Center Agent

Main Task Responsibility
1. Provide exceptional service to customers by meeting call volume targets in attending incoming calls ensuring prompt and reliable response and high customer satisfaction.
2. Always searching for ways to increase client satisfaction and seeks opportunities to make Asiacell’s processes more efficient.
3. To maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to accurately advise customers on the entire range of products and services provided by Asiacell and to answer any queries which they may have in relation to its products or services. Keeps themselves informed on the latest product and services available.
4. Ensure that all calls answered to customer satisfaction, ones that are more complex referred to the identified experts using the appropriate processes, and procedures outlined for the call center operations.
5. Attempt to provide first point of contact resolution by taking the customer through their problem and suggesting possible solutions following the procedures.
6. Undertake all actions required by system and update database continually.
7. Report on customer’s issues and concerns about procedures and products to optimize productivity.
8. Project a proper image of the company in all dealings with customers
9. Follow up on customer enquiries informing them of the process, next steps and expect resolution timeframe.
10. Handles routine and non-routine client questions, problems, and concerns.

Qualification & General Condition related to the Job
Language Skill :( Read, Write & speaking): Arabic & English
Computer Skill: Good Computer skills
Working Rotation Schedule: Full Rotation Schedule (24 / 7 days)
Gender: Male / Female
Age of Candidate: 22 - 30 Years old
Certificate: Bachelor Degree
