The METTCO company looking for IT Engineer in Baghdad office with the following requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Creating new features and enhancing functionality on existing software Adapts
• Extend existing re-usable components and libraries.
• Develops high quality software while meeting deadlines.
• Assists with rollout and post production support.
• Presents ideas for system improvements.
Required skills:
• BSc. Computer Science or equivalent education/experience
• Have experience designing and building web applications and API with Java Strong OOP skills.
• Ability to write robust, efficient and maintainable code.
• Confidence working across the entire web stack (front, middle and back-end tiers)
• Experience in RESTful web-service APIs and MVC.
• Familiarity with database development
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Experience in Dot net technology
Development / programing skills
- Dot net technology.
- Java language.
- Web service.
- Web development.
- Good understanding in front end development and its techniques.
- Good understanding in back end development and its techniques.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
- Understanding of database creation and manipulation.
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Understanding of structured data – XML, JSON.
- Understanding of RESTful web-service APIs and MVC.
