Have you ever wished that your life were different? That you had the money you needed or that you could finally have a wonderful loving relationship, or that your career would advance instead of stagnate? These changes can happen in your life and you hold the key.
The Power of the Law of Attraction
The universal law of attraction is working all around you all of the time, just as the law of gravity is working all around you all of the time. You do not have to do anything, these laws just are and they do what they are supposed to do.
If you should walk into an anti-gravity chamber, you will not have changed the law of gravity itself, you will only have changed its effect on you at that point in time. This is the same with the law of attraction. This universal law will always be there and be doing what it was designed to do. However, you can change its effect on you and your life just by changing your beliefs.
For instance, let's say you need more money. More than likely you are saying, many times a day, 'I need more money.' That statement tells the Universe that is what you want, 'to need more money.' So, that is what the law of attraction delivers. In order to change what is being attracted into your life, you will change what you say about that situation. Once you begin to say, 'I have more money,' then the law begins to work in a positive way as it applies to your financial situation.
The power of the law of attraction can be applied in every area of your life that you feel could use some improvement. You can use the law of attraction to increase your finances, further your education, or enhance relationships.
Applying the Law of Attraction
Clarify your focus. Decide which area of life you want to focus on right now. If you are new to the concept of the law of attraction, you may be thinking that you want to change everything immediately. It is possible to get around to everything, but for the first time out, just focus on one area. Once the law of attraction becomes habit, you can change multiple areas at once.
Choose positive affirmations. Write down positive affirmations that pertain to your unique goals. When coming up with these affirmations, remember to leave out negative words, such as: don't, can't, need, want, etc. For example, "I want a better relationship with my spouse," should be, "My spouse and I communicate well," or "My spouse and I give each other love and respect daily." Affirmations should be short, positive, and spoken in the present tense.
Visualize your goal. For instance, if you choose to work on your career first, take a few minutes a day to daydream about where you want to go in your career. See yourself where you want to be as if you have already arrived. Design a vision board, if possible, to help keep your focus on your goal as you move throughout your day.
