• Degree in human resource or administration or any relevant field.
• Experience in retail or hospitality companies With 6 - 8 years of experience in Training field.
• Knowledge in KPIs (key Performance Indicators).
• Knowledge in SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Knowledge in Performance evaluation and working on training. Programs and development programs for employees.
