Position Summary
ZainCash is looking for an individual who will join our operations team in Baghdad HQ. The individual’s primary focus will be on reporting, customer experience management, as well as business initiatives management. The role will include studying business projects/assignments including best practices, identifying project sub-initiatives, building project timelines and roles, and implementing projects.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Attend assigned workstream meetings to facilitate successful execution of role responsibilities
Management of regulatory communication and meetings
Develop monthly performance reporting for key stakeholders
Manage customer experience and track initiative related to focus
Track initiatives and ensure successful progress and execution
