BERLIN, September 12. /TASS/. The foreign ministers of Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine, known as the Normandy Four, continue talks on resolving the Ukraine crisis over a working dinner in Berlin at Villa Borsig, the German Foreign Ministry’s official guest house, a source told TASS on Saturday.
"The meeting is continuing over a working dinner," he said.
Earlier reports were coming that the ministers focused on the political part of Minsk-2 agreements.
Syria was on the table of talks of the foreign ministers of Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine, known as the Normandy Four format, underway in Berlin, a source told TASS on Saturday.
"This issue has been raised in different formats at the meeting," the source said. "The ministerial meeting was due to be focused on Syria, which is a topical issue."
Talks of the Normandy Four (Russia, Germany, France, Ukraine) leaders on the Ukrainian issue took place in the Belarusian capital Minsk on February 12. Simultaneously, regular talks of the Contact Group were held in Minsk on February 10-12.
The talks ended by adoption of a 13-point package of measures, which contained in particular a ceasefire, withdrawal of heavy weapons, as well as measures on long-term political settlement of the Ukraine crisis, including enforcement of a special self-rule status for certain districts of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
