Tiny House Extravaganza: House Bus Tour
Our family spent last weekend celebrating an exciting occasion for my sister and her family. It was an event we'd been looking forward to for some time.
We went to celebrate the Open House for their new home. It has been painstakingly crafted, completely custom-built, designed completely by my brother-in-law Jeremy and my sister Mira and beautifully built over the past two years.
It's a bus house. An old school bus turned into a micro-living masterpiece. Not just a few additions to a school bus, but an entire house built on top of a working school bus. You won't see this beauty driving down the freeway any time soon. The plan is to prepare the land where they want to park their gorgeous new residence and then move in.
Last weekend they drove the completed house bus down to a local marina for a weekend party, gave tours, and we all camped on the water and spent time with some wonderful friends and family.
But this post won't be about people, and you won't get glimpses of my girls in here (in fact, the only pictures I took were of the bus), but this house is so impressive that I am excited to brag about my brother-in-law and sister's work of art here. I hope you enjoy your little tour.
