I left at dawn to meet you
How hard is it
To pass the guards without being noticed
As soft & fast as any maiden in love can be
Out of these suffocating walls
Smell of fresh air & dewy flowers
Fog smoking out the whole forest
Makes it like a magical land from a fairy tale
And there you are
I find my freedom
I find you , standing by the lake
The goodness of your strict shaped features
Squeezes my small heart
Each time I look at you
An almost imaginary handsome prince
My secret paramour
The mystery of our undetermined scary future
Makes me want to continue this dangerous path with you
Because I wasn't born to live as the schedule says
How enchanting can that be ?
It could kill me eventually
But dying for something
Is always better than living for nothing
True love knows no limits
At least the ones I like to read about
Forgive my taste , I'm not that emotional
I don't Need the hero and heroine to have kids
Or to have a wedding with a true love kiss
I look for beauty and perfection in a story
Regardless of childish satisfactions
Sometimes when characters suffer to reach an end
It energizes me to love the end even if its a disaster
Its not like I'm gloomy or sadistic
But such stories captivate my heart easily
Best type of love , is the least expected
The least prepared for
In the worst timing
With the most unfitting person
I don't know about you
But I am sick of cheap , cheesy and overused love stories
Where the prince marries his princess
And the maid can get a prince by mere glass slippers
Then the poor farm boy becomes a hero for slaying a dragon
To get the princess's heart & the kings grace
We can find those copies everywhere , Anytime
None of them sticks to my memory though
I believe that unforgettable legends don't necessarily end well
No Need for a Happy ending
As long as the burning passion was there
If you thought about it
The stories most craved in our hearts
Are the tragic ones
Juliet & Romeo died in vain
Isn't that why they were crowned as a symbol of love ?
So we never forget
What was also in vain
The fruitless love of Marie Antoinette & Axel Von Fersen
And how prince Siegfried lost his swan princess Odette
Unlike the cheerful ballets & children books
Same goes for poor deformed Quasimodo
Who lost his beautiful gypsy dancer Esmeralda
And chose to be buried with her
Oh and by the way
The real little mermaid never married her prince
She turned to foam and was lost in the sea
The sea that Jack died in
And never got to age with Rose
Original stories are retold
Endings in children stories are changed
But there is always a certain beauty
To those tragic Endings
That never leaves your mind
Even for years to come ahead
You can never have a pure white
If you didn't have the pitch black
Stories needs a shadow to exist
Those are the types of stories buried deep in my head
An easy love is never passionate enough for my picky taste
