Cigarettes are very harmful to the health of smokers and passive smokers alike.
السجائر ضارة جداً بصحة المدخنين والمدخنين السلبيين على حد سواء.

It makes many diseases.
فإنه يجعل من العديد من الأمراض.

Let’s start with cigarette advertisements.
دعونا نبدأ مع إعلانات السجائر.

Cigarette advertisements can be seen everywhere , on buildings ,on walls , on high ways and even magazines.

Everyone sees them.
يرى الجميع لهم.

Cigarette ads give teens the message that smoking can help them to become attractive, desirable, and independent by showing successful, popular and sometimes attractive people smoking when the reality is quite different.
إعلانات السجائر إعطاء المراهقين رسالة أن التدخين يمكن مساعدتها لتصبح جذابة ومرغوبة، ومستقلة بعرض الناس ناجحة وشعبية وجاذبية في بعض الأحيان التدخين عند الواقع يختلف تماما.

These ads do not mention the dangers of smoking.
هذه الإعلانات لا تذكر مخاطر التدخين.

Young people may easily be influenced by cigarette ads because they sometimes try to imitate famous people like actors and singers.
الشباب قد بسهولة تتأثر بإعلانات السجائر لأنها في بعض الأحيان في محاولة لتقليد مشاهير مثل الجهات الفاعلة والمغنين.
Smoking is very common among young people especially those who accompany bad people.
التدخين شائع جداً بين الشباب خصوصا أولئك الذين يرافقون الناس سيئة.

Personally, I think cigarette advertising should be illegal because these ads do not warn or remind people about the bad effects of smoking.
شخصيا، أعتقد أن إعلانات السجائر ينبغي أن يكون غير قانوني لأن هذه الإعلانات لا تحذير أو تذكير الناس حول الآثار السيئة للتدخين.

UNIT TWO
الوحدة الثانية..

I have met your brother salam yesterday and he told me that you are applying for a job as a security gourd.
وقد التقيت بك الأخ سلام أمس وقال لي أن كنت متقدماً للحصول على وظيفة كقرع أمن.

He said you are meeting of a manager company security tomorrow morning at 9:00 .
وقال كنت الاجتماع لمدير شركة الأمن غدا صباحا الساعة 09:00.

I am write to tell you that .
وأنا اكتب إليكم لأقول لكم أن.

I wish you could get the job it is perfect for you.
وأود أن تحصل على الوظيفة المثالي بالنسبة لك.

كنت أود أن أقدم لكم اقتراح والأفكار التي قد تحتاج.

I think you should take a taxi to the company and it is a good idea to be there ten minutes earlier so as not to be late to the interview .
وأعتقد يجب أن تأخذ سيارة أجرة للشركة، وأنها لفكرة جيدة أن يكون هناك عشر دقائق في وقت سابق لا يكون في وقت متأخر للمقابلة.

you should tell the receptionist about your interview .
ينبغي أن أخبر موظف الاستقبال عن المقابلة الخاصة بك.

so that he can instruct you what to do.

you should wear a black suit with a red tie to look neat and formal.

You should not forget to have a notebook with a pen to write any note or information during the interview.

It is essential to know the name of the interviewer and you should make eye contact with him.

This will give him a good impression about you.

Think before answering.

You should be alert.

If you decided to study English in Britain.
إذا كنت قررت أن دراسة اللغة الإنجليزية في بريطانيا.

You will get probably have many advantages.
وسوف تحصل على الأرجح لها العديد من المزايا.

First , you can hear people speaking English all day in many different situations.
أولاً، يمكن أن تسمع أشخاص يتكلمون اللغة الإنجليزية كل يوم في العديد من الحالات المختلفة.

Then , you will lots of opportunities to practice speaking.

Especially if you decided stay with a British family because you are live with them.

Eat with them , watch TV and films and listen to radio.

After that you and the others will discuss , comment and give opinions.

you may be shy or scared at the beginning of you stay.

I want to tell you that I and my brother saad set up our own company last July.
أريد أن أقول لكم أن أنا وسعد شقيق بلدي إعداد الخاصة بنا الشركة في يوليو الماضي.

It is called Al-shams-cosmetics.
ويطلق عليه ال-شمس-مستحضرات التجميل.

I am the technical manager of the production is and my brother saad does all the marketing.
أنا التقنية مدير إنتاج وبي سعد شقيق هل جميع تسويق.

We invested a lot of money in the business. (عبدالله التميمي)
استثمرنا الكثير من المال في الأعمال التجارية.

So we are not yet making a profit.
ولذلك لا نحرز ربح بعد.

But sales are very good.
ولكن مبيعات جيدة جداً.

We are exporting a lot of cosmetics to Jordan Kuwait.
ونحن حاليا بتصدير الكثير من مستحضرات التجميل إلى الكويت الأردن.

And Oman .
وسلطنة عمان.

we see the future looks very bright.
ونحن نرى المستقبل يبدو مشرقاً جداً.

Three months age we want to Bahrain and UAE to signee some contrast with famous companies and stores there.
العمر ثلاثة أشهر نحن نريد للبحرين ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة إلى signee بعض التباين مع الشركات الشهيرة ومحلات تجارية هناك.

Dear Salam
سلام عزيزي

I had a temible day last Saturday.
واضطررت البلاد يوم السبت الماضي.

I wish I had stayed in bed then all this would not have happened.
أتمنى قد بقيت في السرير، ثم كل هذا لم يكن ليحدث.

I think it was on Frida when some of my friends phoned me and asked what I was going to do the next day.
أعتقد أنه كان على فريداً عند بعض من أصدقائي اتصلت لي وسأل ما يجري القيام به في اليوم التالي.

On Saturday I have my tennis training in the morning and then I have free time.
اليوم السبت لدى بلدي تدريب التنس في الصباح وثم لدى الوقت مجاناً.

So we decided that we could go to al-saadon St.
لذا قررنا أننا يمكن أن تذهب إلى شارع بن سعدون.

and visit the cinema.
وزيارة السينما.

I looked onto the webpage of the cinema and chose the film called (Mission impossible 4) it started at 2 o'clock p.m.
بدأ على صفحة الويب للسينما، واختيار الفيلم يسمى (مهمة مستحيلة 4) أنها بدأت في 02 م

we met at 1 o'clock p.m.
لقد اجتمعنا في 01 م

at the bus station. (عبدالله التميمي)
في محطة الحافلات.

But our bus had a delay and when we came to Al-Saadon St.
ولكن كان لدينا حافلة تأخير وعندما وصلنا إلى شارع سعدون بن.

we realized that we were too late.
لقد أدركنا أننا كنا متأخراً جداً.

I was sad because I really wanted to watch this film.
كنت حزينا لأنني أردت حقاً أن يشاهد هذا الفيلم.

We decided to go back and watch the football match and when we were going back.
قررنا العودة ويشاهد مباراة لكرة القدم، وعندما نحن ذاهبون إلى الوراء.

The bus had a puncture.
وكان الأتوبيس ثقب.

Our way back took about one and half hour.
وأحاطت طريقنا إلى الوراء حوالي واحد ونصف ساعة.

When we sat on the football stadium and the match started.
عندما جلسنا في استاد لكرة القدم وبدأت المباراة.

The weather had suddenly changed and it started to rain a lot.
قد تغير الطقس فجأة وبدأ المطر يتساقط كثيرا.

I think that it was a day.
وأعتقد أنه من يوم.

When everything went wrong .
عندما ذهب كل شيء خاطئ.

I was really looking forward to this weekend but I did not enjoy it.
وأنا أتطلع إلى نهاية هذا الأسبوع ولكن لم يحظ ذلك.

I think that I should have stayed at home and watched TV
وأعتقد أن لدى يجب أن يبقين في المنزل وشاهدت التلفزيون

UNIT FIVE
وحدة خمسة

After my hard and busy school year my summer holidays began.
بعد بلدي الثابت ومشغول السنة الدراسية بدأت بلدي العطلات الصيفية.

I felt happy and began to plan a lot of wonderful things to do during my summer vacation.
ورأى سعيد، وبدأت بخطة الكثير من الأشياء الرائعة للقيام خلال إجازتي الصيفية.

I was dreaming about south countries I always wanted to visit but I had to go to the Alexandria seaside with my relatives.
كان يحلم دول الجنوب كنت أرغب دائماً في زيارة ولكن كان على أن اذهب إلى الإسكندرية على البحر مع اقاربي.

The water was very warm there.
وكان الماء الحار جداً هناك.

What I liked there- a lot of different kinds of entertainment there " water mountains " .
ما أحب هناك--الكثير من أنواع مختلفة من وسائل الترفيه هناك مياه الجبال.

water scooters and other water sports.
الدراجات البخارية في الماء وغيرها من الرياضات المائية.

There was nothing to do all day except lying in the sun and getting a wonderful tan.
لم يكن هناك شيء للقيام كل يوم ما عدا الكذب في الشمس والحصول على تان رائع.

I was playing with my little sister on the sand and in the waves teaching her to swim.
كان يلعب مع شقيقتي على الرمال وفي موجات تعليمها للسباحة.

Later I spent some time going out with my friends.
في وقت لاحق وقضيت بعض الوقت الخروج مع أصدقائي.

Listening to music , watching TV , playing computer games , after that I went to the sports camp where I spent seven days.
الاستماع إلى الموسيقى ومشاهدة التلفزيون، ويلعبون ألعاب الكمبيوتر، وبعد ذلك ذهبت إلى المخيم الرياضي حيث قضيت سبعة أيام.

It was very useful e experience because I had to get up very early.
لقد كانت تجربة ه مفيدة جداً لأن اضطررت إلى الحصول على ما يصل في وقت مبكر جداً.

To train a lot , and to rest very little.
لتدريب الكثير، والراحة إلا القليل جداً.

But it made me stronger and healthier.
ولكن ذلك جعلني أقوى وأكثر صحة.

During my summer holiday I made many friends.
أثناء عطلة الصيف بلدي أنا جعلت العديد من الأصدقاء.

Got to know a lot of useful things.
تعرفت على الكثير من الأشياء المفيدة.

Now I feel ready to get back to school.
أشعر الآن جاهزاً للعودة إلى المدرسة.

I am happy to meet my friends and teacher
أنا سعيد لتلبية أصدقائي والمعلم

Dear banker
عزيزي بانكر

I would like to inform you that I opened my account three months ago in your bank.
وأود أن أبلغكم بأن فتحت حسابي منذ ثلاثة أشهر في البنك الذي تتعامل معه.

However .
ومع ذلك.

yesterday I went to the bank to check my account balance but I noticed money has been withdraw from my account although I did not withdraw using my automated teller machine.
أمس ذهبت إلى البنك للتحقق من رصيد حساب بلدي ولكن لاحظت أنه قد تم سحب المال من حسابي على الرغم من أنا لم تسحب باستخدام جهاز الصراف الآلي.

I have enclose my ATM receipt and my passbook statement and other required details along with this application and I hope my complain will be resolved soon .
وقد أرفق بي استلام أجهزة الصراف الآلي وبياني دفتر التوفير والتفاصيل المطلوبة الأخرى جنبا إلى جنب مع هذا التطبيق، وآمل أن يشكو بلادي سوف تحل قريبا.

Studying is an important period of life .

education obtained at the university is a crucial element in providing yourself suitable future .
التعليم التي تم الحصول عليها في الجامعة عنصر حاسم في توفير مستقبل مناسبة نفسك.

although education is free .
على الرغم من أن التعليم مجاني.

studying may be expensive .
دراسة قد تكون باهظة الثمن.

some of the students have to work and earn money on their own .
بعض الطلاب العمل وكسب المال بنفسها.

It is often caused by financial problems working and studying at the same time is hard because of harming education .
غالباً بسبب المشاكل المالية التي يعملون ويدرسون في نفس الوقت من الصعب بسبب الأضرار بالتعليم.

Working may affect academic studies .

the main purpose of studying is to focus on getting scientific knowledge which will help in student s further job so if a student wants to receive enough education .
والغرض الرئيسي من الدراسة التركيز على الحصول على المعرفة العلمية التي سوف مساعدة في s الطالب كذلك وظيفة ذلك إذا كان طالب يرغب في الحصول على ما يكفي من التعليم.

he should spend all his time on studying .

working several hours student whoa day consumes a lot of time and energy so student who comes back home after his classes and work cannot be fully concentrated on gaining new knowledge .
