Actually all the national stuff are being screwed up on this schedule ... As a matter of fact, they must get equal days-off -- 2 w / 2 w or 1 m / 1 m .. Are you getting bonus for that?? by the way, do you have pay rises this year? LOL ... oh yeah , you must invite the old firends of yours, we need this sub-forum active again!! I once tried to invite one of my best friend , but she refused to come .. she is busy with her work & study.

lol, actually the local staff are screwed up, I have signed week by week but they told me you have to work 2 weeks cause we need you as you are the senior one here, so we have submitted a presentation about our plans and what we have done in previous 3 months, Shell management evaluate the company performance 80% score went to our Dep which is HSE 20% went to other Deps so you see how effective our team is ? in meanwhile I dont want to argue about the rotation I will argue after I get some training , they nominated me to get these trainings which required by Shell, I'm sure everything would be fine and I will work 7x7 soon

You're a hard working guy and I'm sure you will be achieving all your goals soon .. I hope you can get a chance soon to work with Shell directly .. it's a great organization and you will have a bright future over there !! Actually you're already qualified and entitled to work in any Safety Organization!

by the way, what about the pay structure in your company and Iraq in general .. is it good ? what is the minimum income?

It is good much more better than governmental paying
