It comes to the most beautiful historical landmarks, the most beautiful natural corners, the most beautiful cultural highlights, the most beautiful modern edifices... In fact, Dublin is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and in the world, as well as it is an irresistibly tempting choice for living or a vacation. But enough with the generalities, let's dive into a truly unique journey with the Top 10 most interesting places to visit in Dublin, Ireland.

    1. Samuel Beckett Bridge
    A great idea is to begin your trip with the most scenic bridge that crosses River Liffey right in Downtown Dublin. This is the Samuel Beckett Bridge, which was built in 2009 and it includes an impressive modern design. The most distinctive feature of the bridge is a long spar, which supports the pedestrian and traffic roads via numerous cables. Another fabulous feature is that bridge can rotate to provide a free passage for larger ships. And definitely to see these ships smoothly floating over the river is a unique romantic sensation, especially at sunset. Not to mention the captivating combination of the white colours of the bridge and the modern edifices that create a majestic backdrop.


    2. Four Courts Building
    Then, let's continue with some of the most beautiful historical buildings along River Liffey. The Four Courts Building is definitely one of them and it is situated on the north bank of the river, only a few meters from the water. This building represents the main courts of the country and, plus, it is just a gorgeous sight to witness. This is quite a large building with a couple of wings, while its central section is dominated by a tall and massive rounded tower.     9. O'Connell Bridge
    O'Connell Bridge is located just north of Trinity College and a few streets distance west of the Custom House. This bridge is perhaps the most popular bridge that crosses over River Liffey, simply because it is the largest one. Built in the end of 18th century, O'Connell Bridge is also one of the oldest bridges in Dublin, while its granite construction features three romantically beautiful arches. Moreover, it is slightly wider (50 meters) than longer (45 meters), which allows the carrying of numerous roadways in the opposite directions, as well as spacious sidewalks for pedestrians.     10. Houth Harbour
