-1Sales Distribution Specialist-Erbil
Job Responsibilities:
• Smartly achieves the sales target that is assigned by Sales management.
• Close the sales cycle effectively to ensure customer loyalty.
• Identify the customer needs and consult the customer accordingly.
• Identify the market need and gather required inputs to arrange monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast.
• Ensure the sales pipeline is renewed continuously.
• Checks the customers' orders and follows up on all their problems, cases and informs the supervisor about the inquiries or problems.
• Follow up the payment and collections with clients, ensure that all company sales and payment policies are meet in each sales lead.
• Adheres to the credit and limit of the credit with each customer according to the Sales Department and AR policies.
• Ensure all the needed documents for the company with the distributors are completed (ex: contracts …).
• Provides to the company all invoices and cash on a daily basis.
• Covers all routed areas assigned by the supervisor & ensure a complete visit across all route.
• Searches and gets new sales points within the same area. Develop the sales through assign new customers.
• Implement cross-selling & upselling techniques, add value selling activities to the customer.
• Continuous follow up with the Sales Supervisor in order to achieve the monthly target.
• Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.
• Work with assigned cooperate account or any other account like power retailers to supply them and ensure all Alriyad stock are well-merchandised in each store, follow up with power retailers and Alriyad supply chain department deliver power retailers order, ensure delivery note are matching customer PI,
• Follow up customer complain handle after-sales service calls with CC department and technician support.
