IT Senior specialist- Baghdad
Job Description:
Analysis & resolve IT incidents with a varying degree of complexity
Provide ITIL Second Level Service functions for the partnership
Maintain system performance across the authority’s IT estate
Provide support for current company systems (Cloud and promises)
Determine the priority of incidents with users/Service
Maintain security of the IT network and dep. Datacenter and devices
Provide IT guidance to the ICT Shared Service user base, developing their skills by delivering 1-2-1 training sessions in required application i.e. online clients for work enhancement (Team, Anydesk, etc.)
Maintain an inventory of computer assets & software licences
Review operational processes, identify any abnormalities and update information as required
Perform daily operational tasks such as server checks, system backups and data transfer routines
Carry out change management processes (Activities) to the required standards when dealing with user requests
Contribute to the development of the Service Intranet site including the production of Self Help Guides
Contribute to IT projects involving the Service and have technical input where necessary.
Work availability is working hours till 11:00 Pm for (S3,S2)
Work availability 24/7 for S1
Meet the business trip to cover the needs in out Baghdad Sites
Education:
· B.SC Degree (preferred in related field)
· Certificate in IT is preferred.
Experience:
· 4 – 5 years of experience in IT
Technical Skills:
· Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Network LAN & WAN
· Mikrotik Router
· Windows Server
· Good English Language
Job Specific Skills:
Business analysis.
Database design and management
