• Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities

1. Manage, Develop, train, and oversee a team of automotive salespeople.
2. Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
3. Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
4. Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
5. Prepare and updates the daily Walk –ins reports in coordination with sales team.
6. Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required
7. Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
8. Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
9. Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
10. Compile regular reports for dealership management to review
11. The automotive sales managers have to manage the whole sales operation in the company and they are ones who report the sales figures to the top management
12. They have to come up with sales prediction for the future and then devise sales strategies to meet those set targets
13. They have to meet with the sales head of different areas on a regular basis to ensure that all the sales targets are met
14. aligning to work with the marketing, advertising, manufacturing department, etc. and even have to take in their input while making
15. have to constantly analyze the market conditions and make changes in the sales strategies accordingly
16. Following up the potential customers & outdoor visits and update the sheets.
