ALOMRAN GROUP is hiring a full-time Sales Officer in one of its showrooms
Location: Karada/Baghdad
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in sales or any relevant field
2. Bachelor or Diploma degree in a relevant field
3. Proficient in using computer; MS Office, (Word & Excel)
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Confident and charismatic approach to people
Working Hours:
Full-time; 8 hours/day, 6 days/week, Fridays are off
Responsibilities:
•establish relationships with new customers
•maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
•improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
•identify and respond to client needs
•keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
•follow up on customer orders as necessary
•follow up with payment
•expect the needs of clients and address them accordingly
•meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
