Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for implementing and executing strategic sales plans, revenue targets and goals for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
2. Responsible for day-to-day tasks, operations and leading the sales research to uncover the viability of new customers.
3. Maintain and update an organized agenda or schedule detailing quotas, market analyses, and results reports.
4. Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
6. Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
7. Prepare reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually by analyzing and summarizing information.
8. Achieve consistent sales over time, even in periods of change in consumer interest.
9. Study sales volume and industry trends to understand how to best penetrate the market and gain consumer interest.
10. Work quickly to solve consumer complaints to retain business, and build the company’s reputation.
11. Research and cold call to identify potential customers and to find out their needs.
12. Maintain integrity and honesty, and deal ethically with consumers no matter the situation.
13. Promptly submit orders and follow-through to ensure customer requests are done.
14. Stay current with industry trends, monitor competition, and learn merchandising techniques to improve performance.
15. Create and deliver sales presentations that are compelling, accurate, and informative.
Skills & Qualification:

Education and Experience Requirements:
• BA/BS University degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
• 2-4 years of sales experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM practices.
