Position: IT Support Officer
Experience: 2 years of experience in IT support.
Location : Baghdad - Iraq
Workday: Saturday - Thursday
Time work: 8:00,AM - 4:00,PM
Salary range: As experience.
#Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer since or related field preferred.
#Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support and implementation.
Support business side users on day-to-day IT requests.
Conduct tracking for resources and assets to ensure smooth IT operations.
Take part in infrastructure projects and upgrades.
provide problem-solving service Or make suggestions for solving initial problems Including providing services according to the requests of users in the information field, including the Company's Hardware, Software, Network, Operating Systems.
