1. Junior Systems Administrator
Essential Duties:
1. 1st level of support for inbound email and phone based technical support for on-site and remote employees.
2. Setup and configure laptop and desktop computers (OS installation, Software installs, patches, etc.).
3. Developing and updating on-line support documentation.
4. Perform systems administration functions for Windows Servers, Linux, software updates, backups.
5. Grand stream phone system administration – Setup/deploy phones to on-site and remote personnel.
6. Other duties as required.
Desired Skills:
1. Linux systems administration.
2. Windows Server administration.
3. VMWare administration and technology.
4. Understanding of email flow principles.
5. Understanding of VoIP.
6. Understanding of networks and network routing.
