The Sales Department at ALOMRAN GROUP is one of the most prominent and important jobs in the companies, as it is responsible for the sales of all the company’s branches and agencies in Baghdad and the governorates in addition to project sales, which are an important part of the company's sales through selling products and providing services to customers, Therefore, the department employee must be a specialist in the economic and financial sciences, which focus on applying everything related to sales techniques and methods, how to analyze sales results, and most importantly developing them according to a pre-prepared strategic plan.

1. Organize and fully review the purchase order and add the quantities related to projects or agencies under the supervision of the CEO and deliver them to the Accounts Department to be priced.
2. Supervising the work of the projects, branches and agencies sales department
3. Contribute to controlling the prices of the project sales department, by following up on the competition with other companies that offer similar types of sales that the company puts into the commercial market.
4. Make and follow up the quotations for projects and companies in coordination with the CEO of the company
5. Work and follow-up project mockup in coordination with the company's CEO
6. Submit periodic reports on the work of all sales departments to the CEO periodically
7. Make an annual strategic plan for sales (projects, agencies and branches) by relying on a careful study of previous years' sales plans and their results
8. Search and organize visits to projects operating in Iraq
9. Submit periodic reports of projects visits schedule and the results of the visits to the CEO
10. responsible of the training courses and workshops for project engineers, especially for new ones; So that they can understand the nature of the products in which the company is working
11. Determining the strategic goals for sales by setting a set of expectations about the volume of sales that will be achieved, by comparing profits that include the revenues that have been collected, and also depending on that on studying and analyzing the previous sales of the company
12. Follow up on customers' payments
13. Checking and following up with the managers of branches and agencies with regard to all activities of branches and agencies
14. Searching for new agencies inside and outside Baghdad
15. Follow-up with the Marketing Director and raise the company's marketing needs in general
16. Carrying out periodic visits to agencies and providing them with their needs and providing advice on sales and branch management in general
