Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in business or relevant field - knowing English Language is a must
- At least 3 years experience
Responsibilities:
• Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
• regular visit to Mobile Markets and ability to gather feedbacks from Market and competitors in order to increase client's Market share, Sellouts and Coverage
• increase Brand awareness, availability and branding in each City/cluster to maximize sellout and market share
• BA & Promoter management：training，target planning.
• Region construction planning, city construction planning, cluster coverage planning, shop coverage planning.
• Learn local business status, understand & follow company rules and regulations, in advance recognition and avoid business risk
