Location: Erbil
Skills and qualification:
1- Bachelor’s degree required, emphasis in human resources field preferred.
2- +5 years of progressive employee management experience
3- Demonstrated ability to professionally handle policy and people related escalations and employee rations scenarios
4- Strong ability to conceptualize, communicate and recommend strategies, processes and programs that will support the business to meet the organization’s objectives and needs
5- Must be effective at partnering with and influencing management and have proven ability to maintain strong client relationships and function as a business partner with all levels of clients
6- Competency in conflict resolution, performance management, compensation administration, and a strong knowledge of current employment laws
7- Strong problem-solving, organizational and facilitation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
8- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
9- Demonstrated experience and ability to communicate and implement complex policies, processes and programs within and across the company
