Competency & Development Supervisor (local male or female)
Qualifications:
1- Bachelor degree
2- Good English communication skills
3- Good computer skills
4- Good management skills
5- 1-2 years experience in the same field
6- Fully aware of HRMS and Competency Management System (CMS)
Department:
HR Department
Duties:
1- prepare and develop a Competency Management System and maintain it.
2- Follow up employees’ assessments processes.
3- Make sure that the employees’ assessment and development are accurately done.
4- Analyze employees training needs.
5- Ensure the quality of the system.
6- Control assessments and all related documents to be saved and reported.
